- Special Service for all packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) Late-Night One-Time Ignition Call 12:30 AM to 05:30 AM. (domestic / Personal vehicles)

After Services Charges:
Device Removal / Shifting charges, per device per vehicle at same place PKR. 1,500/-
(In case vehicle sold or need base tracking device shifting one vehicle to another vehicle)
Device Removal / Shifting charges, per device per vehicle at Different place PKR. 2,000/-
(In case vehicle sold or need base tracking device shifting one vehicle to another vehicle)
Late Payment:
If the payment is overdue for more than 3 days, Customer services will be blocked, and vehicle engine put into kill status. Without any notice.
Payment Mode:
In shape of Cheque, Online Bank Transfer Pay Order/Demand Draft or Bank Standing Instructions On Name: Telco Carrier (Pvt) Ltd.
Contract Period:
Initially two years but extendable with mutual consent.
Tracking Device:
Installed Equipment in requested vehicles will remain the property of Telco Carrier Pvt Ltd. at all the time.
Dismantle of Tracking Device:
In case of vehicle change over or expiration of the contract period, Customer will be responsible to arrange the availability of vehicle so that Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. can dismantle/remove the Equipment from vehicle.
Maintenance:
Maintenance services will be sole responsibility of Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. in case of self-monitored e.g., if vehicle is not Responding properly, we will contact the concern authorities to arrange the availability of vehicle, so that we can solve the issue.
(In case problem is found on the customer’s end at the Improper wiring or device wire cut, the customer will pay PKR.500 /- to update the device, other city Excluding Lahore, Sheikhupura traveling will be charged as per area distance).
Services Level Agreement:
Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. offers comprehensive service level agreement for keeping the customers interest on top priority is as Attached with.
Equipment installation and Land Marking:
We here by confirm to install 100 vehicles in one week. We have the ability to install 15 to 20 vehicles minimum per Day at one location/city. Installation time may increase in case of vehicles installation required at far remote Location.
Travelling Charges for Installations at Remote Location:
Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. will not charge any Traveling in Lahore, Sheikhupura.
Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. will charge if any location/city requires installation for less than 15 Vehicles.
Telco Carrier (Pvt.) Ltd. will not charge any traveling charges in case of 15 or more Vehicles to be installed at one location/city.
